Open Position: Customer Support Specialist (24–40 hours/week)
As a customer support specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our users. You’ll answer questions, help people list their vehicles, and guide them through the process. You’re helpful, solution-oriented, and communicate clearly and professionally.
Your responsibilities
- Answer customer questions via phone and email
- Guide users through the selling process
- Communicate with buyers and dealerships
- Share feedback to help improve our platform
What we’re looking for
- Strong command of Dutch (English is a plus)
- Friendly and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication skills – both spoken and written
- Experience in customer service or administration is a plus
- Affinity with cars or online platforms is a bonus
