Open Position: Customer Support Specialist (24–40 hours/week)

As a customer support specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our users. You’ll answer questions, help people list their vehicles, and guide them through the process. You’re helpful, solution-oriented, and communicate clearly and professionally.

Your responsibilities

  • Answer customer questions via phone and email
  • Guide users through the selling process
  • Communicate with buyers and dealerships
  • Share feedback to help improve our platform

What we’re looking for

  • Strong command of Dutch (English is a plus)
  • Friendly and proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills – both spoken and written
  • Experience in customer service or administration is a plus
  • Affinity with cars or online platforms is a bonus
